RAGARD Version 7

After 6month I have finally made a new look for RAGARD. Thanks to the resources out there, I was able to make a CMS theme using WordPress the way I wanted.
I will be posting some of the WordPress tricks I have used in this theme. Please let me know what you think about the new theme!
